Saturday sunrise en route to ACT testing:
Sunday's wonderful frost show:
A lovely walk in the woods with the husband and the dog:
First, I squawked at my husband for wrecking my nature shot, then I laughed, then we worked as a team to stomp off this amazing shelf fungus to bring home for my next crazy project. It was a very good morning.
See you next week.

Dang. Gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteWhat fabulous frost shots! And the last one, it's perfect. Made me laugh out loud...
ReplyDeleteOh so perty. I've got my fave ice storm photo on my desktop now. Gonna add these to the folder. You guys get the BEST 'shrooms there. Mygod! Giant. Looking at those lovely grey buildings sent me off on a fantasy. Living in a corner of the middle building, using the rest of the space to make BIG things. Take a welding class - sculpt from scrap. "There's a crazy old lady that lives there. Collects trash." Smiley face back! deb
ReplyDeleteACT testing? Are you doing the college app thing too? Or is that next year for you?
ReplyDeleteyour walk in the woods sounds like a perfect moment in time.
Deb - your vision for the barns is PERFECT!
ReplyDeleteI'd be the crazy friend that visits the crazy lady!
Angela, I proctored ACT exams for work, one of the perks :) The walk in the woods was perfect, a sunny Sunday stroll - made my week.
I came yesterday and spent some time catching up on your photos. Beautiful. The mushrooms in the post before this one knocked my socks off. The textures and colours are amazing. I may have to use that one for some painting inspiration.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you and yours are well. Scaled back Christmas FTW! xo
What winter brings us when we stop and look...your photos were lovely.
