American Pie

After a Newsweek article listed Grand Rapids, Michigan as one of America's Dying Cities, the town responded with this privately funded and amazing video. It gave me goosebumps. Hope you like it too.

  1. It not only gave me goosebumps, it made me tear up a little, which I admit happens a little easily lately, but Good For Them and they did a good job! It made me want to move there and hang out with all those cool people.

  2. OK, I admit, I didn't get just goosebumps, but tears down my face both times I watched it. The part where the camera pulls away from the people and they wave goodbye, that just gets to me. I cry easily these days too, it's a mystery to me. Glad I'm not alone.

  3. The video was amazingly put together..well done...sad that Grand Rapids is being labeled as such. What the heck is happening to this country. When did we lose grip?
